Wi-Fi was bad tbh and there was not comfortable bed in my room.

I had really great days staying at this small hotel. Liked staff and location, exceptionally comfortable beds, the property itself was fairly clean. The restaurant was great for breakfast, I tried excellent dishes. The bathroom was clean but it worked for my 7 day stay.

Thanks for a pleasant stay, would recommend. It's a cozy small hotel with best possible location in Manhattan district next to Times Square as well as Central Park and a Subway station at the corner.

it was a very relaxing experience in a lovely historic hotel. optimal location, perfect breakfast, staff was exceptionally pleasant. internet in the lobby, convenient. there was a chic restaurant, the shops and a supermarket next door.
Air conditioner was a bit noisy; not bad views.

Brilliant location, PERFECTLY FINE staff, all round real good experience! I got free upgrade and loved it. Efficient services were available. I really used free wifi throughout the property. Clean enough and high-end hotel in Manhattan district. Next to central park and also a bus.

I did not want to leave there and will come back. It was fairly clean & a good size hotel, amazing location and service. Stately venue, situated near 79th Street subway station. The restaurant had delicious food. Appreciated the fantastic decor of the room😃

It was neat, staff were brilliantly helpful. The area was beautiful, a chilled-out base for me. A natural history museum was also just a short walk away from the hotel. I enjoyed the modest restaurant and the food was outstanding.

nothing beats being in lucerne. plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like bettola that was only 5 minutes' walk away. thanks again to concierge, you rock! the bed was comfortable, slept good.
